Fadel (Pierre) Attalah, Chartered Real Estate Agent, started the Montrose office in Montréal in 1999. Pierre had been with the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) before joining a Montréal Real Estate development group, with investments both in Canada and the United States. Pierre benefits from a vast experience in financing and in real estate investments.
Denise Cantin, Chartered Real Estate Agent, is an MBA graduate from McGill University. Denise has accumulated over twenty years’ experience, first as an appraiser with an independent firm and then with a life insurance company. For many years, she was managing the real estate division of a well known Montréal Pension Fund. She was involved in acquisition, disposition, financing and development of large real estate projects across Canada.
Simon Verdy, Financial Analyst, has a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from HEC Montréal. He also graduated from HEC’s B.A.A. program in finance. Simon joined Montrose’s team in 2005. As a financial analyst, Simon is involved in the underwriting of loans, property analysis, market sensitivity analysis and loan renewals.
